About the Organization
The National Black State Troopers Coalition is a premier organization for men and women of color, serving in the ranks of Highway Patrol and State Police in the United States. The membership of the N.B.S.T.C is comprised of affiliate chapters and individuals dedicated to expanding the participation of Blacks, i.e. African Americans, Latino, etc., minorities and other people of color in the professional ranks of the criminal justice system.

The National Black State Troopers Coalition holds a spring and fall Executive Board meeting, which is hosted by varies affiliate chapters. A summer training conference provides both active and retired members the latest substantive information regarding leadership, promotion, technical proficiency and self development skills. The training conference also affords attendees the opportunity to participate in community service projects in the host cities. The conference also provides the membership the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with colleagues from across the country.

The National Black State Troopers Coalition is proud of its commitment to enhancing every community through its membership. By continue the legacy of those who came before us, we will continue to work in partnership with those who support minority people, cultures, and heritage, in an effort to build trust and confidence in law enforcement in every community.
